A full residential refurbishment job we carried out in Brighton for a new client.

The project saw us turn a three bed house into a four bed licensed HMO ready for supported living. Work included making it L2 compliant, with fire alarm system, self-closing fire doors in all rooms, timber rails with tension wire and we redecorated and rewired throughout. We also installed emergency lighting and converted the central heating to a combination boiler.
