Overbury Estates started life in the construction industry as its own developer for its own residential projects with new builds, residential refurbishments, and conversions. Naturally due to the quality it provided, we at Overbury Estates chose to branch out carry the same sort of work out for the public as well as companies that seek a high-end project management company that can deliver various projects a developer requires. Having experience on both sides, being a Developer and Main Contractor, there is nothing that prevents us delivering what the client needs.
There isn’t a better company that understands HMOs from all aspects. Overbury Estates started building its own HMO property portfolio 15 years ago and still adds to its portfolio today where it can. With over 15 years of experience on how to convert properties efficiently into HMOS, Overbury Estates understands the regulations and works required to achieve what a client may need and can deliver a key-to-key operation on full design and management process of HMO conversion residential refurbishment projects.
