THE WORK

We completely refurbished and converted an old launderette into 1 x 2 bedroom flat and 2 x 1 bedroom flats.

They were all completely designed and transformed by Overbury Estates, all with new central heating, rewiring, kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors, including loft conversion for the 1st floor 2 bedroom flat and basement conversion for the lower ground flat.

The basement was professionally tanked in addition to them both being plastered, decorated and flooring laid.
