THE WORK

These before and after photos show the refurbishment, extension and reconfiguration of an old garage yard and two houses in Gillingham into 7 self-contained maisonette flats with all their own services and external access points. We transformed the old existing houses into 4 stunning one-bed flats and demolished the existing garage and building 3 new build flats from the ground for private rental by obtaining all relevant planning permissions from the local authority. As well as redesigning the existing plans to suit the client's needs better, the project included piling foundations, new build brick and block work, new roof systems, external wall insulation, Cement Cladding and Baumit Render system, a full rewire, new gas central heating, new kitchens, new flooring, decoration, fire alarms, external landscaping and new utility installations for gas, water & electric so the flats can be individually metered.
