Our client and his family required a complete restructure to their home, connecting two flats into one creating more open space for their young family whilst keeping a modern but homely feel to their home. It would be fair to say that without the professional backing and high quality work carried out by Overbury Estates there would be no Newington Cricket Club. The company not only provided a cash injection which paid for a much needed car park – it saved the outfield being used for that purpose – and they completely refurbished our clubhouse after a catastrophic leak left it resembling a bomb site. New ceilings, fresh flooring, repainting, additional plumbing all helped turn our clubhouse and ground into one of the most sought after cricket and private function venues in the county. So expertly has the work been carried out, the ground and clubhouse have become a regular and popular setting for county veteran cricket matches. Opposing teams have all commented on the high standard of workmanship and pleasurable atmosphere engendered by the top drawer residential refurbishment.
