Here we have a project which we love the outcome of. A shop into 2 self contained one bed flats. It was a shame to see Sue’s Cafe shut down after 26 years, due to covid as we were a regular customer of Sue’s …I’m sure those who visited Sue’s would agree nobody did a fried slice quite like Sue! 

Nevertheless, we saw great potential and we now have two happy tenants living here.
